The cast of Season 2 was officially revealed on December 16, 2020, through the Drag Race UK social media. Production for this season was put on hold after filming began due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The second season of RuPaul's Drag Race UK was officially announced Novemon social media to be casting through World of Wonder until November 15, 2019.
